Vale Notes does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We have no servers that receive your data, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Your Data and iCloud

Vale Notes stores your tasks, notes, and attachments on your device and in your personal iCloud account. This data is managed entirely by Apple under their iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data and never see its contents.

Third-Party Services

Vale Notes does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children’s Privacy

Vale Notes does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. As the app collects no personal information at all, it is appropriate for use by all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at this URL. We do not anticipate significant changes given the app’s simple, privacy-first design.
